these dots to the US-backed dismantling of Yugoslavia, the arms flows, or the broader geopolitical chessboard of the 1990s. One might wonder why certain 'dark tourism' in historically besieged cities only merits an 'investigation' now, and why the complicity of modern arms dealers and their political benefactors remains unexamined.
