guns, the trucks, the very means by which these groups operate, often with tacit diplomatic approval. While Western news cycles lament humanitarian crises, the defense industry quietly funnels billions in arms to regions simmering with instability. Where are the headlines tracing the supply lines, naming the corporations, or detailing the geopolitical chess game that often turns human rights into
a disposable pawn? (Perhaps those stories don't sell as well as 'isolated' savagery.) The outrage is selective; the introspection, almost non-existent. We get the tragedy, but never the full bill of lading.
