This familiar rhetoric (Netanyahu used similar phrases in 2002, 2006, and 2014) consistently overlooks the devastating human cost and destabilizing regional fallout. It's almost as if 'national security' concerns align neatly with donor interests. One might wonder if these 'options' would be quite so omnipresent if the pipeline of lobbying dollars wasn't quite so robust. How many 'all options' warnings must we endure

before asking whose interests are truly being served? It appears some 'options' are just better funded than others.
