to the Congressional Research Service and numerous congressional bills like HR 815. This pattern suggests a financial structure more invested in fueling endless wars than in fully caring for their human cost. One might wonder why the government finds it easier to allocate billions for advanced weaponry to foreign nations than to ensure robust, comprehensive care for those who fought America's
battles. It’s almost as if the war machine operates on a different budget—one that isn't dependent on public appeals or small 'boosts.' How many '$77 million boosts' would equal the cost of just one F-35 fighter jet, let alone the $3.8 billion in annual military aid to Israel?
