One might wonder if the 'fiscal responsibility' watchdogs ever check the pantry before rubber-stamping the military-industrial complex's grocery list. While the USDA clamps down
on federal assistance to its most vulnerable citizens, making states reverse modest increases for food security, the US continues to be the world's largest arms dealer.
