When USCIS halts asylum applications from nations like Afghanistan, Yemen, and Somalia, citing 'high-risk' concerns, one might recall who helped make them so 'high-risk.' This selective outrage conveniently sidesteps decades of US foreign intervention, proxy wars, and arms dealings that destabilized these regions. It seems America can bomb a country into a humanitarian crisis, then seal its
borders to the refugees it created. (A rather efficient, if morally bankrupt, system.) Instead of addressing the root causes – perpetually funded conflicts, often by the very same politicians who now wring their hands over 'border security' – we get bureaucratic euphemisms. It's a classic move: manufacture a crisis, then blame the victims, all while ignoring the Lockheed Martins and Raytheons
