US Tech Titans Embrace MBS, Humanitarian Pause on Ethics Pending IPO

Amidst the fanfare, Al-Monitor conveniently sidesteps the 2018 assassination of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, a crime the US intelligence community publicly implicated MBS in (Office of the Director of National Intelligence, 2021). Yet, luminaries from Microsoft and Oracle are shaking hands, ready to power the Kingdom’s 'Vision 2030.' Remember when these same companies preached about human rights?

Because the market certainly does. It appears the moral compass of corporate America can be easily recalibrated when vast sums from the Public Investment Fund (PIF) are involved.
