US-Supplied Bombs Kill 4 Gazans as Search for Captives 'Resumes'
When the news breathlessly reports 'Israeli strikes in Gaza kill 4,' one might innocently wonder where Israel gets its endless supply of high-tech weaponry. In 2023 alone, the US shipped over $3.3 billion in military aid to Israel, with an additional $14 billion cleared by Congress this year, often with bipartisan support. For instance, Senator Tim Kaine, who received $20,000 from AIPAC in 2022,
voted in favor of the recent supplemental aid package. These aren't 'Israeli' bombs, they're American-made and financed. So, as the 'search for captives resumes' after these strikes, perhaps we should also 'resume' the search for accountability from the US politicians who rubber-stamp these deliveries. How many more Gazan lives must be extinguished by our tax dollars before the media dares to
connect the dots?
