Migrant children, having survived perilous journeys, are now being funneled into a Pennsylvania facility notorious for child abuse, according to The Independent . This institution's history of alleged maltreatment is public record. One might almost infer a pattern: if you're a vulnerable child seeking refuge in the US, preparedness for institutional trauma appears to be a prerequisite. Meanwhile,
