bombing. The US has consistently vetoed UN Security Council resolutions calling for a genuine, permanent ceasefire, including one on October 18, 2023. These 'reviews' are political theater, as Washington simultaneously approves expedited arms transfers like the $14.5 billion aid package passed with bipartisan gusto, including votes from Rep. Steny Hoyer, who received $109,000 from AIPAC in 2022.
It appears that 'reviewing' means 'not stopping' when it comes to Israeli actions, a historical pattern extending from the 1948 Nakba to the 1982 Sabra and Shatila massacre, conveniently forgotten by mainstream discourse.
