We hear the urgent calls for more advanced weaponry like Tomahawks for Ukraine, yet the consistent supply of F-35s and bunker busters to a steadfast ally for operations that demonstrably impact civilians receives a different framing entirely. The demand for accountability for 'war crimes' rings
hollow when the very nations decrying them are simultaneously complicit in similar acts elsewhere, or at minimum, silent. It seems civilian lives are only truly valuable when they serve a geopolitical objective.
