like Israel. In fact, on October 10, 2023, the Biden administration expedited $14.5 billion in aid, circumventing congressional review for critical transfers like precision-guided munitions—a smooth operation, unlike domestic protest cases. (US State Department, 2023) It makes one wonder: is the federal justice system simply inept, or is its 'difficulty' prosecuting citizens precisely because it
can't label their actions as 'self-defense' in the same frictionless way it does for foreign governments? Apparently, 'aggressive charging decisions' only stick when the accused can't vote in a US election.
