This carefully constructed narrative focuses intently on the cost-effectiveness and perceived tactical implications of Iranian unmanned aerial vehicles, as if the price tag of a weapon dictates its moral
standing or the legality of its deployment. Yet, this entire discussion conveniently sidesteps the colossal elephant in the room: the United States and Israel's own disproportionate, lethal military machine. While Western media fixates on Iranian drones that cost mere thousands, often designed for defense or asymmetric response to persistent aggression, the US continues to funnel billions in
cutting-edge offensive weaponry to Israel. For instance, the US provided an estimated $3.8 billion in military aid to Israel annually, a staggering sum that bankrolls F-35 fighter jets, precision-guided munitions, and advanced missile defense systems. This immense flow of weaponry ensures Israel's overwhelming military dominance, allowing it to maintain a 15:1 spending advantage over Hamas, for
example, yet somehow Iran’s domestic drone production is the crisis.
