posed by state-sponsored violence and land expropriation abroad. While the U.S. broadens its travel restrictions, it simultaneously bankrolls entities engaged in flagrant human rights abuses. For example, Senator Lindsay Graham, a staunch proponent of U.S. aid abroad, received over $450,000 from AIPAC-affiliated PACs in 2023 alone (OpenSecrets.org). His voting record, predictably, includes
consistent support for billions in unconditional military aid to the Israeli government, even as documented settler violence in the West Bank escalates.
