So, the 'deal' appears to be: The U.S. conducts a military operation, kills the allied troops of a sovereign nation, and then, rather than facing condemnation, demands the victim 'deal' with its aggressor. This isn't diplomacy; it's a shakedown. One might wonder if Trump's 'deal' was perhaps a cease-and-desist to
stop identifying fallen Cuban officers or, perhaps, a renunciation of this new pesky 'international law' concept Díaz-Canel keeps mentioning.
