opposition' to it, despite US pressure. It’s less a 'push' and more an entrenched, decades-long policy conveniently ignored when it conflicts with the 'two-state solution' fable. The U.S. routinely funds Israel's military—$3.8 billion annually, not counting additional aid like the recent $14.3 billion package —while simultaneously issuing vague statements about supporting a two-state outcome. might wonder, how many times will Washington champion a 'vision' that its closest ally actively obstructs? It seems the only thing 'hardline' about this scenario is the U.S.'s unwavering commitment to a fantasy it refuses to enforce.
