might wonder: how many international court warrants does it take for a nation's funding pipeline to sputter? Apparently, none, when the pipeline is greased by lobbyist cash and the target is a 'strategic ally.' It's almost as if some countries are above the law, or at least, above the consequences of supplying the alleged perpetrators.
