That's a lot of money that somehow evaporates when it comes to paying essential US workers. One might wonder: how many FAA controllers could be fully funded—and their flights kept in the air—with the billions routinely allocated to overseas conflicts? Apparently, the 'chaos' of grounded
US flights is a much bigger crisis than, say, the humanitarian catastrophe funded by those same unchecked appropriations. Priorities, indeed.
