US Aid: 'Humanitarian' for Some, 'Military' for Others

This, even as reports of civilian casualties mount, suggesting that aid from the US flows regardless of on-the-ground realities. One might wonder if the U.S. strategy involves delivering 'ceasefires' (repeatedly unsuccessful, by the way) with one hand, while delivering precision weaponry with the other. The media frames diplomatic 'failures' when conditions aren't met, but rarely questions the
'success' of funneling billions into a conflict that costs tens of thousands of lives. Perhaps the 'setback' isn't the remains, but the pretense that negotiations are primary when military backing is unwavering.
