UN Unveils 60-Day Aid Plan for Gaza's Perpetual Ceasefire
Mainstream outlets breathlessly report the UN's plan to deliver 170,000 tons of aid to Gaza during a recently declared ceasefire. One might be forgiven for thinking this is new, but for the countless 'ceasefires' and aid promises that evaporated while Gaza starved and civilian infrastructure was systematically destroyed. This 'unveiling' conveniently omits that Israel has a documented history of
restricting access to essential goods, including food, medicine, and building materials, long before recent events. The current 'ceasefire' often resembles a pause in annihilation more than a true cessation of hostilities, as the humanitarian crisis deepens daily due to ongoing blockade policies. While the world organizes aid, one must ask: who created the necessity for this aid in the first
place, and why are those actions perpetually excused? How many 60-day plans will it take to rebuild what's destroyed in 60 minutes?
