This isn't new; governments routinely use the illusion of diplomacy to cover for continued military action. with Hamas isn’t worth the paper it’s written on”? This 'plan' is just another leaf on the same cynical tree. One might wonder at the timing, as if a procedural UN vote could possibly deter actions that have shrugged off countless condemnations before. The real 'plan' seems to be the relentless expansion of control, regardless of what's printed on a diplomatic parchment. How many 'peace plans'
