meticulously cataloged by human rights groups even if the mainstream media prefers to frame each tragedy as an unfortunate anomaly. One might wonder at what point repeated 'condemnations' become complicity through inaction, particularly when the nations receiving these condemnations continue to receive billions in U.S. military aid.
