life publications, or perhaps the school's $225 million athletic budget, which seems to escape such rigorous financial scrutiny. This isn't about saving pennies; it's about control. In an era where performative diversity initiatives are championed, the actual amplification of marginalized voices is often the first casualty when the optics don't align with administrative comfort.
