Curiously, this latest 'fragile truce' comes after warnings from UN experts of Israel's intent to wipe out Gaza as early as last November. The very concept of 'fragile truce' suggests a cease-fire can be
unilaterally shattered with minimal consequence. Perhaps the 28 killed yesterday is just the 'shaking' a truce needs.
