Yet, the framing conveniently omits the US role in supplying similar tools of destruction globally. Remember the $14.5 billion supplemental aid package pushed by AIPAC in 2023 for Israel? That included advanced military hardware, some of which
has been used in actions causing similar devastation, as documented by Human Rights Watch regarding Gaza. The US government’s commitment to condemning atrocities in Myanmar, (a nation it doesn't arm), while simultaneously green-lighting massive arms transfers to allies engaged in comparable civilian harm, isn't complex foreign policy—it's pure hypocrisy. One might wonder if the horror of children
dying only registers when the weapons aren’t 'Made in America.'
