This performative transparency allows the media to focus on a contained scandal, rather than probing the systemic connections between powerful individuals and child trafficking networks. It’s easier to demand documents from a deceased facilitator's past than to investigate the living, breathing politicians,
royalty, and business magnates who were allegedly his associates and remain unnamed a decade later. The question isn't just what Epstein did, but who protected him, and why those names remain shielded from true public scrutiny, despite the government's periodic 'calls for release.'
