Noble sentiment, until one considers the historical pattern: external parties deciding the fate of Palestinians. consistently sideline those living under occupation. One might charitably call it diplomatic outreach; others might recognize it as a familiar colonial-era maneuver. When the international community gathers to discuss 'Gaza administration,' and the actual administrators and population of Gaza are not at the table, how is this anything but a thinly veiled continuation of control, repackaged as
'concern'? How many times must Gaza's future be decided 'for' it?
