profit. (A wall, one presumes, as firm and unbreachable as, say, a golf course gate.) The elder Trump's 'hot mic' moment on October 10—chatting about Subianto's 'tremendous assets' and planned investments in unspecified 'things'—conveniently overshadowed Subianto's history, which includes a 20-year ban from entering the United States, only lifted in 2020 by the Trump administration. How reassuring
that the family business always finds common ground with 'impressive' leaders, regardless of their rap sheets. One might wonder if the 'family business' model now includes a 'war criminal discount' for leaders who promise 'tremendous assets.' It appears the only 'red line' in diplomacy these days is whether a leader can make a good deal for Trump Organization properties. 'Impressive,' indeed.
