We're expected to believe that a man who enthusiastically moved the US embassy to Jerusalem (a move widely condemned as hostile to peace efforts) and presided over the brutal killing of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani (which brought the region to the brink of war) is
suddenly a peace whisperer. One might wonder if 'peace' in this context simply means 'unilateral Israeli control.' How many 'deals' does it take before we acknowledge that actual peace requires equitable representation, not just a stronger whip?
