the fundamental rights of Palestinians. This isn't a 'new' approach; it's a well-worn playbook for avoiding the actual conflict: illegal occupation. One might wonder how many times the international community needs to declare 'peace' while ignoring the people whose land is being taken. 'New Middle East' for whom, exactly?
