sanctions. Here? It largely falls into the echo chamber of specialized outlets. One might wonder if the specific ethnicity of the victims, or the lack of strategic resources like oil or lithium for Western extraction, contributes to this quiet dismissal. Or perhaps the RSF doesn't have a network of well-funded lobbyists in Washington D.C. providing 'campaign contributions' to ensure their actions
are either ignored or, worse, reframed as complex regional disputes. How many times must a 'never again' moment occur before it actually means 'never again' everywhere?
