Meanwhile, the very same House, under Johnson's leadership, continues to greenlight astronomical sums for foreign military aid with barely a peep. For example, Johnson's House voted overwhelmingly for HR 8038 in April 2024, providing a staggering $26.4 billion in

It appears the fiscal conservatism that blocks food for American families evaporates when it comes to subsidizing conflicts abroad.
