consistent voice for increased foreign aid while domestic programs face cuts. It appears our representatives are perfectly capable of ensuring 'choices' for foreign military budgets, but a hot meal for American children? That's a 'complex' funding issue, best left to the opinion pages. One might wonder, how many school lunch programs could that $100 billion fund? (Hint: a lot more than 'choices').
