Saudi Arabia, currently leading a coalition that has inflicted a humanitarian catastrophe on Yemen since 2015, suddenly appears concerned about foreign influence. It seems orchestrating proxy wars is fine, but apparently, other nations' proxy wars are an

outrage. The irony is rich given Saudi Arabia’s own extensive history of backing various factions across the Middle East while simultaneously demanding sovereign respect. This isn’t a denial of arms trafficking; it’s two regional powers engaging in the same cynical game of power projection, with Yemenis caught in the middle. The only 'news' here is their thinly veiled squabble, not genuine concern

for Yemen's future.
