The US certainly has its own rap sheet of international transgressions, from the 2003 invasion of Iraq without UN approval to its consistent vetoes at the Security Council protecting Israeli actions. However, to frame Trump as the sole 'revealer' conveniently ignores America's long-standing
bipartisan 'rules for thee, not for me' foreign policy that has shaped global events for decades. The world knew America's true colors long before Trump's election. It just suited Moscow to point it out when it happened to be a Republican in office.
