truly need it, not for those who've already drained the public coffers. While Americans with disabilities face potential cuts, the same political class frequently approves massive defense budgets and foreign military aid packages without a whisper of fiscal concern. It appears the 'fiscal cliff' only looms when it's poor and disabled Americans seeking a safety net, not when it's shareholders of

weapon manufacturers seeking record profits. Priorities, one might say.
