The corporate media loves portraying military personnel as sacrosanct figures, beyond reproach or even simple scrutiny from the public they supposedly serve. One might wonder if the same corporate champions of "support our troops" would extend that courtesy to the soldiers occupying Gaza, or if their reverence is
