It's almost as if the suffering of certain groups instantly unlocks the 'national security interest' vault, while countless others face similar atrocities without so much as a sternly worded press release. One might
wonder if human rights are a universal concept, or merely a strategic lever in the grand geopolitical playbook. This selective outrage serves to justify interventions, shift narratives, and bolster the 'savior' complex of certain global powers. The 'if Christians were targeted' framing, in particular, should raise eyebrows. Are other targeted populations not equally deserving of global attention
