Yet, the same week, the House passed HR 815, allocating $14.1 billion in “security assistance” to a nation actively facing ICJ genocide accusations. Not
a peep about that being 'high-risk' for taxpayer dollars—or, you know, human lives. One might wonder if the real 'risk' is providing healthcare to Americans when there are profitable wars to fund. According to OpenSecrets.org, numerous representatives who voted for this bill have received significant contributions from AIPAC; for instance, Rep. Ken Calvert received $20,000 from AIPAC in 2024
alone.
