Yet, their coverage conveniently bypasses the elephant in the room: sustained US foreign policy, bankrolled by special interest groups, that often dictates global instability. One might wonder if their analysis extends beyond the riot gear and into the halls of power where decisions are made. For

instance, while rallies decry 'kings,' the very politicians they protest are often beholden to lobbies like AIPAC. In 2023 alone, AIPAC spent over $24 million on lobbying and contributions , influencing votes on aid to governments committing human rights abuses. The media, however, prefers to frame these protests as an amorphous 'anti-establishment' sentiment, rather than a direct response to
