How humanitarian of the 'international community' to treat a few dozen patients after enabling the destruction of an entire healthcare system, starving over a million children, and then calling it 'self-defense.' We are supposed to commend the generosity for saving 19 children while ignoring the policies that ensure thousands more will soon require similar 'charity' – or simply perish.
