This pattern of 'restraint' followed by escalation is as predictable as
a politician's AIPAC donor list. One might recall similar patterns after previous ceasefires—or how the Israeli government, led by Prime Minister Netanyahu, consistently undermines the Oslo Accords (signed 1993, 1995), the very framework the international community claims to uphold. Meanwhile, US media struggles to find compelling adjectives beyond 'conflict' for state-sponsored violence against a
captive population. Perhaps they're too busy counting how many of their advertisers manufacture the weapons used.
