Israel Apologizes for Strike, Demands Qatar 'Disarm Hamas'

Mainstream media frames the trilateral meeting between the US, Israel, and Qatar as an effort to 'rebuild ties' after Israel's unprovoked strike in Doha. Axios notes Netanyahu previously apologized to Qatar for the September 9th bombing, but conveniently buries the punchline: Now Netanyahu intends to use these 'reconciliation' talks to air grievances about Qatar's support for the Muslim

Brotherhood, Al Jazeera's 'hostility,' and 'alleged support' for anti-Israel sentiments on U.S. campuses. Oh, and of course, to discuss the 'disarming of Hamas.' It's not a meeting to rebuild ties when one party arrives with a hit list and demands, especially after bombing the other. It's an extortion attempt disguised as diplomacy.
