neighborhoods , displacing hundreds of thousands. It's a rhetorical pivot as old as the Nakba itself : create the crisis, then claim benevolence for 'allowing' others to clean up the mess. So, the IDF 'approves' passage for those whose lives they've made unlivable. How very thoughtful. Perhaps they'll next claim 'humanitarian' credit for evacuating the wounded whom their weapons created. This
isn't permission; it’s an exit visa from a concentration camp-like situation, presented as a voluntary relocation. The media framing, as always, meticulously avoids connecting cause and effect.
