According to The Hill , Greene lambasted the Argentina bailout, painting it as a betrayal of American taxpayers. This from the same representative who, in the 2022 election cycle, received $25,000 from the Council for a Strong America PAC and $10,000 from the Boeing Company PAC, both entities with significant interests in federal spending and foreign policy. One wonders where her outrage was when
these same taxpayers funded the projects benefiting her donors. It appears selective fiscal conservatism is alive and well on Capitol Hill. Greene's sharp tongue for a past administration's financial decisions seems to lose its edge when campaign coffers are involved. How convenient that the 'waste' is always in someone else's backyard, never in the pockets of those who help fund her own political
