decades-long embargo that has strangled the Cuban people, not just its government. It's a classic case of 'freedom' for others, as defined by Washington, while ignoring American responsibilities. Graham's rhetoric conveniently sidesteps the U.S. role in destabilizing democratic processes throughout Latin America for over a century, consistently prioritizing corporate interests and Cold War chess
over genuine self-determination. One might ask if 'Free Cuba' means freedom from its current government, or freedom to once again be a pliable satellite for U.S. foreign policy and business.
