This sudden push for accountability raises an eyebrow, considering these are often the same voices who downplayed intelligence reports about foreign interference or dismissed January 6th as 'legitimate political discourse.' One might even call their selective outrage… strategic. It
appears the GOP is less concerned with systemic accountability for the powerful and more with optics.
