Germany Discovers 'Good' Refugees Only If They're Ukrainian

This sudden hardening of hearts comes after pledging to help those fleeing the very chaos decades of NATO operations, including Germany's, helped create. One might wonder if the 'humanitarian' crisis becomes less urgent when the refugees don't fit neatly
into the current geopolitical narrative, or if their skin tone is deemed less 'European.' Funny how a nation that spent 20 years trying to 'stabilize' Afghanistan (and failed) now acts surprised the locals might want out. Apparently, 'freedom and democracy' has an expiration date, and after the last troop transport leaves, so does any sense of moral obligation. It's almost as if the only valid
asylum is for those fleeing conflicts deemed strategically inconvenient, not those whose homes we bombed. Such 'compassion' is as fleeting as a politician's promise.
