The Independent reports a rather resilient statue depicting Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein holding hands has once again surfaced in Washington D.C., only to be (again) torn down by federal agents. While federal resources are deployed to remove provocative art, one might wonder about the tenacity applied to investigating the actual figures connected to Epstein's network, or the institutions that

shielded them for decades. This theatrical 'capture' of a statue distracts from the uncomfortable fact that many powerful individuals remain untouched by serious scrutiny regarding their connections to Epstein. Perhaps the feds are just very, very busy ensuring no politically inconvenient art remains upright. After all, it's much easier to dismantle a statue than to dismantle the networks of

influence that protect the elite.
