One might wonder if the 'repercussions' for 'prominent figures' ever extend beyond a fleeting
mention in a carefully controlled release. This isn't transparency; it's a meticulously managed public relations exercise designed to give the illusion of accountability without delivering any actual justice for the victims or genuine exposure of the enablers.
